Research on sterols has been ongoing since the 1920s. Research on the exact combination of sterols and sterolins found in Moducare began in Germany and South Africa. There has been extensive testing and clinical trials, including double-blind, placebo-controlled studies. This research has shown that Moducare® can increase natural killer cell activity, improve the activity of T cells and may also be effective in the management of chronic inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis and seasonal allergies. Side Effects
Moducare® Chewable is considered safe and is well tolerated. Although rare, some individuals may experience digestive complaints, rashes, headache, and fatigue as the immune system is being balanced.
Safety considerations
There are no known interactions between Moducare® and any natural supplements. There is no conclusive evidence to suggest an interaction with medications. Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have sitosterolemia. Not for use by organ and tissue transplant recipients or individuals with a history of diabetes or multiple sclerosis, unless on the advice of and under the direct supervision of a health care practitioner. Some individuals may experience temporary digestive problems, rashes, headache and fatigue.
Other considerations
The key difference between Moducare® and other immune system aids such as echinacea is that echinacea boosts or stimulates the immune system, while Moducare® balances the immune system. Furthermore, echinacea is not recommended for prolonged use or for people with autoimmune conditions. Moducare® , on the other hand, is a daily immune support nutrient and may be used by people with autoimmune conditions. It is suggested to take Moducare® daily. It takes time to support a healthy immune system. We recommend you take Moducare for at least two to three months for optimal benefit.
Suggested Use:
Children 5 to 10 years: Take 1 tablet, one to two times daily.
Children 11 to 16 years: Take 1 tablet, twice daily.
Adults and children 17 years and older: Take 1 tablet three times daily OR 2 tablets upon rising and 1 tablet before bed.
Take away from foods of animal origin (dairy, eggs, and animal fat).
