Naturopathy
Naturopathy is a whole-person approach to wellness. In a consultation, your naturopath reviews your lifestyle, environment, habits and goals, then suggests practical tools such as dietary changes, targeted supplements and lifestyle strategies. At our clinic, consultations are offered by Ashley Messias, ND, Christina Abrol, ND, Alexandra Campagnale, ND and Melina Scalcione, ND, in person or, on request, by video.

Naturopathy is a holistic approach to wellness that focuses on supporting the body’s natural ability to find balance. It does not cure, treat, or prevent disease and is not a replacement for medical care from your physician. Naturopaths are not medical doctors, registered dietitians, or licensed nutritionists, and they do not provide medical diagnoses or prescriptions.
At our clinic, naturopathy means taking the time to understand you as a whole person—your lifestyle, environment, habits, and goals. We use tools like dietary changes, targeted supplements, and lifestyle strategies to help guide you toward better health from the inside out, always with your unique story at the center.
Frequently asked questions
What happens during a naturopathy consultation?
A naturopathy consultation is a whole-person review of your lifestyle, environment, habits and goals. Your naturopath then suggests practical tools such as dietary changes, targeted supplements and lifestyle strategies tailored to you. Naturopathy does not provide a medical diagnosis, and it does not replace the care you receive from your own physician.
Can I have a naturopathy consultation by video?
Yes. Basic naturopathy consultations can be offered virtually over Zoom. We prefer to meet clients in person, so virtual consultations are not offered by default and must be requested at the time of booking. Choose your naturopath on our booking page and mention that you would like a virtual appointment.
Do you provide insurance receipts for naturopathy?
Yes. Each of our professionals issues an insurance receipt for the service they provided, including naturopathy consultations. Whether a consultation is reimbursed, and how much, depends on your own insurance plan, so check your coverage with your insurer before you book your appointment.
Are naturopaths regulated in Québec?
No. Naturopathy is not a regulated profession in Québec, and naturopaths are not medical doctors, registered dietitians or licensed nutritionists; they do not provide medical diagnoses or prescriptions. Our naturopaths are members of the Association des Naturopathes Professionnels du Québec (ANPQ), a professional association. Each practitioner's training is listed on their bio.
