Why is there tapioca maltodextrin in this blend? That's a great question! Essentially, it’s difficult to source a coconut milk powder without maltodextrin because of the nature of the product being high in oils and fats that often lead to clumping. Maltodextrin prevents coconut milk powder from clumping and makes your blend creamy.
