Slumber
Slumber makes simple, drug-free sleep accessories: hypoallergenic mouth tape to encourage nasal breathing at night, nasal strips that gently open the nostrils, and a blackout sleep mask made from mulberry silk. Each product addresses one small, practical obstacle between a person and a good night's rest.

Sleep quality is a thread that runs through almost every consultation with our naturopaths, and the Slumber range gives clients tools to use tonight. Mouth tape helps support the habit of breathing through the nose, nasal strips help ease airflow for people with a stuffy nose, and a true blackout mask helps maintain the darkness the body needs for healthy sleep rhythms.
All three Slumber products are in stock: Slumber Mouth Tape, Slumber Nasal Strips and Slumber Blackout Silk Sleep Mask.
Frequently asked questions
Are you an authorised Slumber retailer?
We are. Our store sources Slumber directly through the brand's authorised Canadian distribution channel, so every unit you receive is genuine, correctly stored and well within its expiry date. Buying from an authorised retailer also keeps the manufacturer's quality guarantee intact.
Is mouth tape safe to use?
Mouth tape is designed for healthy adults who can breathe comfortably through their nose. Do not use it if your nose is blocked, if you have consumed alcohol or sedatives, or if you have a breathing or sleep disorder without first speaking to your health-care provider. Start with short naps to get used to it.
Do you ship across Canada, and is shipping free?
Yes. Every Slumber order ships from our warehouse to any address in Canada, and orders over $99 ship free. Smaller orders pay a flat rate at checkout, and you receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves our store.
