Rancher's Chips makes kettle-cooked potato chips fried in beef tallow instead of the industrial seed oils used by nearly every mainstream brand. The ingredient list is three items long: potatoes, tallow and salt. Tallow is a traditional cooking fat that is stable at high temperatures and gives the chips a clean, savoury flavour.
