Burdock is a biennial plant, it can be harvested in autumn and spring. Its popular name “L'herbe aux teigneux” perfectly illustrates the use of this plant.

Birch is a very widespread tree in Europe. Harvested in the spring, its fresh sap resembles pure water. The peoples of Europe used to collect a few liters in the past.

Rosemary is a shrubby perennial plant originating from the maquis, scrubland and rockeries of the Mediterranean basin . Nowadays, it is cultivated in many countries.

Root characterized by its white flesh wrapped in a black skin and its particular flavor, the black radish is a vegetable traditionally used for centuries in Asia. It is also known as Winter Radish because of its late harvest during the autumn months.

Manual

Adults 18 years and over: Drink 1 ampoule (15 ml) daily with a small glass of water in the morning or before breakfast, or dilute in 1 L of water to drink throughout the day, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Shake well before use.

Duration of use

Do not use continuously.

Warnings

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes, gallstones, heart disease, or edema due to kidney or cardiovascular disease.

Do not use in case of allergy to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family.

Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a bile duct obstruction.

Known Adverse Reactions

Hypersensitivity (eg an allergy) may occur. If so, discontinue use.

If you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness/pain, heart rhythm disturbances and/or difficulty breathing, discontinue use and seek medical attention immediately.
